Our drinks range reflects the high quality of the food we serve, with a great selection of wines, spirits and bottled and draft beers, as well as our monthly guest ales. We have a comprehensive list of fabulous wines from all over the world, all listed according to their flavour and depth. We also include a great selection of some of our favourite local Sussex wines, both still and sparkling.
In addition to our range of bottled and canned beers, on draught we serve Estrella Damm and Heineken Lager, alongside the local Bedlam Pilsner, Guinness Stout and Appleshed Cider. We have a Guest IPA changing regularly, showcasing some of the best IPAs Sussex breweries have to offer. Also, a rotation of our seasonal favourite IPA by local 360 Degree Brewery. We always stock at least two cask ales, local Harvey’s Best Bitter and a local Guest Ale that changes weekly, rotating through the many local Sussex breweries.
Meanwhile we have an extensive range of spirits, including a large number of unusual and local gins, vodkas and whiskies. Ask about our Gin & Tonic Menu, where all gins are paired with a fruit or Garnish and Fever-Tree Tonic to match and all finished with juniper berries. During the winter months look out for our homemade mulled wine. If you are looking for a special wine we have a cellar selection to choose from including classic French wines such as Gevrey Chambertin and Chassagne Montrachet.
